Casinobet77, Legenda balap asal Italia, Giacomo Agostini, ikut berkomentar soal insiden yang melibatkan Valentino Rossi dan Marc Marquez di MotoGP Argentina 2018. Menurutnya, apa yang terjadi pada kedua pembalap bisa menimpa rider manapun.
Pada balapan yang berlangsung di Autodromo Termas de Rio Hondo, Senin (9/4/2018) dini hari WIB, Rossi terjatuh akibat bersenggolan dengan Marc Marquez. Pada saat itu Marquez melesat melakukan manuver overtake hingga Rossi jatuh.
Selepas balapan, Marc Marquez datang ke paddock Yamaha untuk menemui Rossi. Kemungkinan Marquez pada saat itu ingin minta maaf. Namun, Rossi tidak bersedia menemui Marquez, dan, kepada wartawan Rossi menyebut Marquez tidak sungguh-sungguh minta maaf.

“Tidak benar bahwa Marquez mengincar lawan. Sebagaimana yang dikatakan Rossi, saat ini penilaian (terhadap insiden senggolan tersebut -red) terlalu berlebihan,” kata Agostini, pembalap yang sudah memenangkan 15 gelar di berbagai ajang kejuaraan dunia balap motor.
“Apa yang terjadi di antara Marquez dan Rossi tempo hari biasa dialami oleh rider mana saja; saya pernah mengalami, Valentino Rossi juga, bahkan terjadi dalam balapan itu juga ketika (Johann) Zarco menjatuhkan (Dani) Pedrosa,” lanjut Agostini.
