Asisten Pelatih Timnas Indonesia U-23 Bima Sakti sudah menyiapkan tiga nama yang bakal memakai ban kapten pada laga uji coba internasional melawan Singapura di National Stadium, Rabu (21/3).
Tiga nama itu disiapkan setelah Hansamu Yama Pranata yanh sebelumnya bertugas sebagai kapten Timnas Indonesia U-23 absen akibat cedera tulang rusuk yang menimpanya.
“Karena tidak ada Hansamu, Bagas (Adi Nugroho), Evan (Dimas) dan Hanif (Sjahbandi) bisa jadi pilihan,” kata Bima Sakti kepada wartawan usai latihan di Lapangan Timnas Senayan, Sabtu (17/3).
Hansamu membutuhkan 2-3 minggu untuk masa pemulihan. Kondisi itu membuat ia dipastikan tidak bisa membela Timnas Indonesia dalam lawatannya ke Singapura kali ini.
Di sisi lain, Evan Dimas juga disebut tengah mengalami cedera pergelangan kaki usai tampil membela klubnya, Selangor FA melawan Trengganu di Piala FA Malaysia, Jumat (16/3). Namun, Bina Sakti berharap Evan Dimas masih bisa membela Timnas Indonesia saat melawan Singapura nanti.

“Evan cedera pergelangan kaki. Dia bertanding dan menang. Semoga bisa cepat pulih dan bergabung dengan kita di Singapura,” ujar Bima.
“Evan akan kami lihat lagi dan cari informasi tentang cederanya lebih lanjut,” katanya menambahkan.
Menghadapi Singapura, Tim Pelatih Timnas Indonesia meminta para pemain untuk bermain kolektivitas. Pasalnya, laga uji coba ini penting untuk bisa mendapatkan poin dan dapat memperbaiki peringkat Indonesia di ranking FIFA.
Keputusan Indonesia untuk menurunkan pemain Timnas U-23 pun tak lepas dari proyeksi jangka panjang menuju Asian Games.
“Ini tujuannya buat Asian Games. Kami ingin pemain menerapkan apa yang diberikan pelatih hari ini dan diharapkan bisa berjalan baik. Satu target, memenangkan pertandingan,” ujar Bima.
